WHAT ARE SASSy Bites™?
April Schenk has developed one of a kind fun and SASSy individual mini "bites" that are so fun to pop in your mouth or eat individually out of small plates, bowls and shot glasses with mini forks and spoons! They bring out the kid in all of us yet provide a classy and upscale presentation! People graze and enjoy a little bit of everything while tasting traditional dishes made in new, creative and exciting ways. When you add a SASS grazing table or board to your event, you are adding entertainment and a culinary experience all in one!
